FAQS
Answers to Common Questions About Our Programs
Do you offer trail rides or drop-in lessons?
No. Five Star Equestrian is a structured training facility. We do not offer recreational trail rides or single-session drop-ins. Every program is goal-oriented and built around long-term development.
What is the best program to start with?
Most new students begin with the Riding Academy, which offers a discounted introductory lesson. This gives you and your family a chance to experience our approach, meet our trainers, and find the right program fit before committing to a package.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are located at 7220 Johnston Road in Pleasanton, California. Our facility is open Everyday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Do you work with riders who are switching from another barn?
Absolutely. Many of our students come to us after plateauing at other programs. We specialize in picking up where others left off — whether that means technical refinement, rebuilding confidence, or preparing for regional and national competition.
How do I get started?
Call us at 650-440-2450. We will talk through your goals, recommend the right program, and get you scheduled for an introductory lesson. You can also visit our facility in person during business hours.
